the location was very convenient it was close to the metro station , made travel simple. the breakfast buffet offered a good selection with polite staff. the reception staff were friendly and very helpful.

mold smell inoperable window
The location was conveniently close to the metro. The hotel also provides easy access to the metro, so it was easy getting around the city.
Unfortunately, my experience had some issues. The room I had smelled strongly of mold, quite unpleasant. The window could not be opened, thus fresh air was impossible to get.

many options red line clean room
The breakfast buffet offered many options. the red line metro station was close. It offered direct access to the airport. the room was clean and modern, i found that charming.
My room lacked a bit of soundproofing. Traffic noise was noticeable at times.

Excellent Hotel Experience
seamless check-in clean room good shower spacious wardrobe
The hotel boasts quick and seamless check-in. The room was pristine. The updated bathroom featured a great shower with instant hot water. I requested and received a double bed, complete with two bedside tables. Daily cleaning kept the room in top condition. I also appreciated the lift access and the spacious wardrobe (it was sufficient for two people).
I found a slight lack of variety at breakfast.

The hotel has a convenient location. It is a short five-minute walk to the Sao Sebastiao metro red line station. I found several good restaurants nearby. The El Corte Ingles mall and a Lidl supermarket are also within easy reach.

The staff was helpful and efficient (Carolina at Check-In was especially smiling and efficient). Luggage storage was organized well. I dropped off my bags securely before check-in, allowing me to explore freely. This was definitely a great touch.

convenient location good size great breakfast
i found the location quite convenient with the metro station so close. it made getting around very easy. the room was a good size (it had everything i needed). the breakfast was great (especially the pastries!).
i found the lighting in the room to be a bit cold. it felt a little too bright and clinical for my taste.
